The job requirement for applicants: familiar with highway condition in DALIAN urban areas, more than 5 years driving experience, more than 3 years experience in salvage trailer driving, the age is below 35.

　　Treatment: any driver employed by the company, after passing the examination in the shakedown period, will sign a contract with the company, then becomes a contractual employee.

　　The company provides room and board free of charge for the contractual employee.

　　The company arranges employee insurance after a whole year employment to the contractual employee.
